Shane West is the President and CEO Subwest Security. Shane began his career in the security industry in 1996, and in 2007 branched out on his own to launch his own company, Subwest Security. Shane is extremely proud of the company he has built, the growth, his employees, and his unprecedented client relationships and satisfaction. As President and CEO, Shane's mandate is to continue to deliver, safe, reliable, and professional security services to all his clients, as well as his employees.

Laurence Gregory, Head of Operations
Laurence Gregory is our Head of Operations, a position he had held since 2010. Lawrence joined Subwest Security in 2007 and has proudly been in the industry for over 18 years in both the private and commercial sector. Lawrence's primary role at Subwest is to help manage and grow the Subwest client base, as well as the day-to-day operations within the company.

Melanie Kyriakou - Client Account Supervisor
Melanie Kyriakou is our Client Account Supervisor, a position she has held since 2010. Melanie joined the Subwest family in 2007, and has over 13 years' experience in all areas of the security industry, specializing in corporate and large venue events. Melanie's primary role at Subwest, is supervising security crews, deployment, and client relationships.

Brian Tromley - Client Event Supervisor
Brian Tromley is our Event Supervisor, with over 20 years' experience in the security industry. Brian joined the Subwest family in 2014, and specializes in close protection, and high profile guarding. Brian's primary role at Subwest, is supervising all event staff, security crews, deployment, and client services.
